I deeply regret to bring to your notice on the poor response from the service department of Hitach India. I would like to bring to your kind attention that we had raised a complaint April 4, 2011 with Request No : 11040401143 to rectify my brand new AC which is not giving cooling effect at this stage itself. And till date there has been no response or action on the same. I had already faced huge difficulty from the dealer side to get the same AC installed earlier.
