Bad service? Yess very bad, better to say there is no serice from both companies. Try to call to either 1 of these providers. Providers of what? They provide headache and loss of yourenergy and vauable time. I tired to log complaints to both companies by support lines. Believe me I don't have the time to wait 45 minutes.
