An account was opened fraudulently using my personal details in December 2010. MTN took from my account (R497) in January; R329 in February and R1009.00 in April 2011. I notified them of this fact and they undertook to refund me in February already - this has not happened and every month I now suffer like this. Its not fair. I have called, emailed, been to 2 of the branches to be taken only from pillar to post.
