I switched to this company a few months ago and have had nothing but problems since, I am very much regretting my decision to change carriers. This is the second major problem I've had with this company and I have only been using their service for 5 months. I recently went into a Verizon Wireless store to purchase a new phone, this was on April 9th, 2011.
