Dear Sir, I have procured online air india tickets for travel from Abu Dhabi to Delhi for me and my family. The PNR number is YV4L9 . However on 19.04.2011 I have sent an e-mail requesting them to cancel all my tickets and refund the amount to my credit card. After waiting for one week for reply, finally I had to call up their Bombay office for ticket cancellations. Subsequently they cancelled my tickets but still advised me to write a mail to them to get the refunds which I promptly did. However till today, 28.04.2011 I am yet to receive either acknowlegdement of my mail or refund amount to my credit card. read full review »
