sir i had purchased a NOKIA N 97 mini 10 months back it was giving problem regularlly but before 1 month the set get hanged n nokia care said that it has to be sent to LEVEL 3 which is in kolkata n it will take 10 days after 10 days when i called nokia care line they told me that ur N97 mini was unable to repair so we have swaped it to C7 . but the C7 is also a dammage device . so what should i do now should i go to comsumer court or what ? please suggest me the best thing to do now n i am fedup by the servise given by nokia care .. please i beg u help me please ... read full review »
