I ordered a cell phone from www.dinodirect.com and 7 weeks later I have not yet received the item. I have raised the issue with dinodirect directly but either they do not respond or just keep you going round in circles, no solution is forthcoming from them. I did pay for the item using Paypal, and because of Dinodirect wasting our time (and money), I now find that the 45 days Paypal give us to raise a complain has now elapse and I cannot place a complain through Paypal.
