Bought a Sony TV from Harvey Norman in Horsham in 2008 and paid extended warranty. The TVs digital tuner stopped working in late February 2011 and Harvey Norman picked up the faulty TV on 7th March 2011. It is now 29th April and Harvey Norman has NOT bothered to contact us once during this time. They have not offered a loan TV. I have been to Harvey Norman twice this month wanting some information regarding my TV and they continue to pass the buck. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HOW I WOULD DESCRIBE HARVEY NORMAN in HORSHAM to any prospective customers. read full review »
