ordered prom dress...did not fit...e-mail them 20 minutes after trying on to get RMA return information...was told would receive info from them within 24 hours..nope...tried for 6 days straight...phone number they give is bogus...you have 7 days to return"they say"...on the 7th day after writing many bad comments on their website, they blocked me and contacted my daughter...they said I could send the dress then they would give me my money...well, a woman from Australia did that..it cost her $30.00 to mail it back..it has been 3 month... read full review »
