i haven't been able to access my account to pay my bill for 2 weeks. i paid at a cricket store before my due date with assurances that my account would be credited and my phone service would not be disconnected. it was disconnected and at cricket they said that the could not disconnect my service and refund my money because they couldn't access my account. is this any way to do business? no phone service and no money what a ripoff. stay away from cricket read full review »
