I ordered a clock on 4/20/2011. They sent an e-mail order confirmation and charged my credit card the same day. I've called their contact number at least 20 times since and sent various e-mails to inquire about the shipment date. All I get is a phone message that they're not taking phone calls buy will reply to e-mails the same day. I haven't been able to get any response from them.
