I was very happy with WAMU, and when they were taken over by Chase Bank I hoped for the best. Haven't gotten it. Nothing but problems due to their incompetent computer systems, restrictive policies, and argumentative telephone Customer Support. Most recent event happened today, and I'm still steaming. While reconciling my savings account I found a $3.00 Extra Withdrawal Fee. I called Customer Support. They asked me to verify my address, and I gave it to them.
