I would like to complain the manager of Marriott vacation club hk, his service & attitude is really bad, he even insulting & yelling the client in the public, how can a manager treats his client like that, and such a big company can employ a staff like that! The sales & marketing team look down on the people who don't want to join that club and said sth to insult people!
