In March 2011 I tried to enter the web payment section of GMAC mortgage and I entered the wrong password. I was using this web portal for almost 8 yeaars. I was then blocked by GMAC Web action and asked to have my account password re-set using the form provided by the web masters. I was then sent the email with the instructions to re-set the password and log in info.
