If you are a homeonwer and want to use this property management company, please go elsewhere. They will cheat you out of the revenue. They will take goods from your property and also leave your property in worse shape than you provided it to them. If you try and contact them, contact days later. This company charged us $2, 500 for their advertising services. The service was never delivered, we requested a refund, did everything we were requested according to our contract. They said the refund would come in 1 month, it's been 3 months already. Carlo Pace, the person supposedly in charge of this, stopped answering the phone. Never calls back. Once he told me that the money was on its way, which was a lie. Very bad, unethical company, avoid. Never hire them for your advertising needs. Highly unprofessional, very bad web development company. Very greedy owner who'd postpone your project to save $50 not taking into account you're loosing thousands. Very, very slow work. The whole operation of Binamica consists of 1-2 project managers and the owner - Michael Levy. Then they outsource programmers from Russia, he has NO in house developers. How many russian programmers he outsources? At most 2-3. THERE IS NO WAY THEY CAN MEET YOUR NEEDS.
