I bought ICICI Lombard health insurance Rishtey for my parents after their salesman claimed that they provide quick service and refund. 1. ICICI Lombard doesnt inform about medical test costs over and above the policy cost when the customer is sold the policy. 2. Even after full payment for the policy and a month later, the online status shows that it is still awaiting underwriting approval. 3.
