I was scheduled to fly from Syracuse, NY to Madison, WI for a workshop this coming Monday- Wednesday. I understand airlines can't control the weather, but they should at least have a back-up plan. My flight from Syracuse was delayed 2 hours, which was enough for me to miss my connecting flight. I called their phone number and was told they couldn't get me to WI until Tuesday.
