The suspension spring on my passenger side front wheel broke. Searching around kwikfit was the cheapest rapid fit option as I needed the car ready the same day. When I arrived with the car in a tow truck, without checking them the garage decided as well as changing the springs they should change the shocks. Knowing full well I couldn't take the car anywhere they told me they wud refuse to do the work of just changing the springs, they would only change both.
