I always use the travel agencies for hotel booking since I thought that it's easy and cheaper than we booked via hotel front service. Agoda is one of travel agencies that I liked ! But this time, I would change my mind. I found that it's a bit tricky. On website, the price was quoted apprx 5100 incl Tax and service charge. This price was included Breakfast.
