Bought a sleeper, recliner and love seat at Ashley in August 2010. The brand is Jupiter. Problem is with the sleeper when being used as a couch. W e have only used it for about 3 months and the front of the pillows cave into the frame. Called customer service and a technician come to verify. He informed me that this is normal with sleepers as there is no support under the pillows. There is a gap at the front, so the pillows cave into the frame.
