Worst travel Agents on planet earth. I have been to India and my itinerary was confirmed only to realise that they have changed it later without my approval. I realised that my return dates were changed only at the airport !! My entire plan got messed, had to buy completely new return ticket to return to india. Why the hell would someone chnage the itineraries after the ticket payment is done.
