I was approved for studying at intec and paid my deposit on12/04/2011. The call centre agent. Vimala Jasse said the whole process will take approx 21 days. It has been 21 days now first debit order was deducted and still no study material. I have phoned multiple times and receive empty promises about returning phone calls etc. I eventually, after being cut-off 4 times got through to someone who said that my study material is still in the stores and will be sent out during this week.
