My name is Richard Stiles, I had a problem your number 081221-002879 I tried redownloading Systemworks and found I have now been charged twice. I authorized an automatic renewal and had to purchase again today. Then Sarabh came on the chat line to help, when she signed off I did not know if my problem had been resolved. Your web site has a link for e mail but it takes you to chat. That seems to be a bit weird since you also off chat, when I chose e mail it took me to chat.
