Assurion sent me a defective Motorola Rival A455. The screen/keyboard slide was loose, but I didn't initially realize that it was an issue. The two components separated at the slide 30 days after receiving the phone (not due to misuse or abuse). Assurion refuses to replace it under the manufacturer's warranty. They only give 7 days of coverage for physical defects. They want another deductible payment to send a replacement phone.
