I worked for kwikfit a no of yrs . And recently got sacked, because the centre I ran did not hit the daily budgets, including, bfnews, trackings, vsks, punctures, coolant changes .aircon, The free checks r free but u pay in the end .if the staff did not do this they would get disciplined, demoted staff do not get overtime or bonus I personally used to do 100 hrs mths overtime and never got paid overtime .
