I found a 2004 Tahoe Z71 on ebay about April 1, 2009. I watched as it did not meet the 'buy now' of 13, 500. I called after and offered a cash price of $11000, which they accepted. I deposited $500 based on Tims statement that he was brokering it for his friend, and that he had Title in hand, and the inclusion of a warranty. I transferred the rest of the $ on 4/08/2009.
