Placed a order on 03/24/11, after going onto my 6th week of waiting I call the number (which of course is not a 800 number). The person I speak to named Timothy informs me that it will be another -2-3 weeks. What? Really? I asked if they are in the US as his name is Timothy and he was obviously from another country. He finally says he is not in the US, he states that the product has been on back order and is now in the warehouse. I ask where the warehouse is, he say's Connecticut.
