I recieved a new dining set from "Rooms to Go" furniture company today. After a 10 day wait for it to finally be delivered, I noticed that one of the chairs was damaged right out of the box! Unfortunenately, I noticed the crack in the chair about 2 minutes after the delivery men left. I called the store and let them know that the chair was damaged. They gave me a 800 number to call b/c they obviously "don't handle that from the store". I called the number they gave me and they said that they could get me a new chair in 8... read full review »
