I have been a loyal customer with Telstra mobile for over 12 years. In this time i have experienced a fair few issues. The biggest issue I have had was when they all of a sudden took me off my $79 cap (which gave me a significant number of phone calls) and i had been using comfortably for 3 months and placed me on a $30 plan in error. After receiving an exceptionally large phone bill, and realising my plan had changed i tried to fix the issue, only to find the next month I had another large bill and a late fee for the remianing amount.
