GE Money has lowered the credit limits on all 4 of my good accounts with them; they also cancelled one fully paid up account that I used for repairs to my home. They claim it was due to a review of my credit report, which until they upped the "good" credit numbers, was fairly good. This damaged my credit score and report because they lowered my credit limits to the current balance amount, so that rather than being at a reduced debt:limit percentage, I am now at maximum. I am told there is nothing I can do about it. I would happily join a class action suit for arbitrarily damaging my credit. read full review »
