Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notioce that I have booked for a cooking gas cylinder on 23/04/2011 through phone number 9848824365 and the docket number so generated is 208970. To my surprise the same has not yet been delivered at my address even after follow ups on 02/05/2011. Now that they have stopped attending my calls I am compelled to sought your intervention.
