After leaving the iphone on an airplane (my 1 y/o daughter) An employee recovered the phone and we spoke with her on the phone. She said she would put it in the lost and found in the AA break room, where only AA employees would have access to it. The next day someone was supposed to return it to us. Well guess what...next day it wasn't there. There are totally giving us the run around and the situation is under review by their insurance department.
