We hired a car from locauto in Catania (Sicily). It was full of damages. We had to sign the forms before seeing the car. We mentioned the damages and the fact that they were not all filled in on the form. That was not necessary they told us: only the "headlines" were shown. At the return however they told us we created damage. Result: nearly € 400 additional cost charge. As a so called evidence they showed an unclear picture dated nearly 2 months ago.
