Absolutely horrible!!! We reserved a 7 seat wagon for an early pick up well in advance. At checkout(930AM because they opened late), it took two hours even though they had everything on file (the attendant was talking to her friends on the phone). It was parked in a different location than stated and was parked well over half a mile from their office. We received a 5 Seat Mercedes...nice car, but not ideal for three adults and two car seats.
