This woman is claiming to be the owner of 15044 88th ave in Surrey and she is not the owner, Nick Vu is and she will take your damage deposit and spend it, let you move in and then tell you to please go out when Mr. Vu comes to get the rent. She claims she is renting to own, and yet has no paper work to support it . Turn it the other way, she says she doesn't own the house when you threaten to let Social Services know about it .
