Purchased $400 worth of clothes with this company and paid through Paypal. I made a mistake and put the right address but the wrong recipient. When I emailed Hollister to ask them to change it they told me they could not and went and cancelled the order without telling me. The real gripe I have is that they are refusing to lift an authorization hold they have on this transaction on their PayPal account which means the money won't be returned to my Paypal account until July 28th 2011.
