Yesterday I tried to order two large pizzas online. After speaking to an unfriendly person, I cancelled my order. The person didn't acknowledge my cancellation, just hung up. I used my credit card, and wasn't sure the order was cancelled. But I didn't want to call back. So I filed a complaint with Dominos. About 30 minutes later, the rudest person called me back.
