I receive packages from different couriers regularly. There were problems sometimes, but Purolator by far is the worst company you can imagine. About 3 years ago, a quite old man was deliverying for Purolator in our area. He sent all have packages to depot and never push the buzz code. Two times he did push the buzz code, but ask me to pick up the package from his truck. UPS even delivered a piano to my condo unit, but never asked me to pickup from down stairs.
