They keep ringing saying that we are committed to another shipment of cartridges when we are not. Every order is "the last order" and then they ring back 3 months later saying the last order is ready to go. I have requested a copy of our agreement but they won't send it. I have got the last 3 invoices signed by the sales person stating that this is the last order but they won't acknowledge it. My advise is stay away. read full review »
