I tried to order a Just5 phone. It said my pass word was wrong. When I tried to get my pass word it said my email address was wrong. When I tried to register it said I was already registered. NO SALE! I did all I could. Your system is booby trapped. You need to get rid of the genius that does your on line order set up and get someone new.
