Primarily through his representative, made deceiving comments about their experience and made promises they didn't keep. Basically took thousands of money in advance for a loan modification... then almost 2 months later had not even submitted a package to the bank for the modification, all along while I was in foreclosure. They also did a bait and switch... promised to work on the loan in foreclosure, then switched the contract to read a loan that was not in foreclosure... while verbally stating they were really going to work on the other... read full review »
