I have notified them since last year to fix the hook up. They send a service repair guy, it works if I'am lucky a week. I call again and I go through the ring around again. I don't know they don't just change the wire, they change everything else and charge me for a service that's not working. If there were a better service out here I would change in a heart beat. I wish the problem would be fixed once and for all!!! read full review »
