Paid for member access, $29.95. Immediately entered email address, password. Did a search which only showed American info, not Australian info as requested. System froze. Logged out, tried to log back on with email and password, just created and both come back as incorrect. I cannot access or contact them as a receipt no was not issued upon completion of account, that I am aware of. A waste of time.
