I was the victim of identity fraud and I suspect Newegg is how they obtained my information. When I contacted Newegg and verified my account they confirmed that another name and shipping address other than the one associated to the account was who purchased a laptop. Not only did Newegg charge my account with them and ship the laptop but then "could not disclose" the name of the person they shipped it to to protect their privacy.
