Went for automatic renewal, and my card was charged immediately. I received an email from Norton telling me that my order was cancelled - yet the charge remained. Customer Service told me that the key I was renewing was fraudulent, and therefore the order was cancelled - they could not give me a new product key, nor would they issue me a refund ASAP - they said the refund would take 3 business days, and if I wanted a new key I needed to purchase it a second time.
