Hello, On January 14th, 2011 at 6 Spadina Ave, Toronto, I went to get my first oil change for my brand new 2011 Toyota Sienna. There was engine light on so I showed it to a Representative at the location and he said the car needs to be diagnose ( there was not charges mentioned for diagnose) to find out what the actual problem is ( for brand new car there shouldn't be any lights on) .
