Air-conditioner 1.5 tonnes, purchased on Jan 14, 2008, stopped effecting cooling. Reported to Onida service center. A technician came in to confirm the complaint and took away Rs.400/- No receipt was given. When checked with his superior, was told that he had forgotten to bring the receipt book! After repeated follow-up the machine was taken and returned after 15 days, and conveyance Rs.400/- waterwash Rs 700/- gas filling Rs 2, 250 was collected.
