Not the experience I wanted for my son's prom. The good: Stephanie is a very nice person to deal with during the booking phase. She is pleasant and professional. The bad: The driver was 30 minutes late due to ordinary traffic in the area. He apparently was not aware that this particular area became somewhat backed-up on Friday afternoon. I was also told that they rarely drive to my area. That was poor planning on their part.
