I stopped into Smart Style on Beville Road, in Daytona Beach, FL to have my hair trimmed, signed in and stood, (no seats to sit down), waiting while stylist continued a personal phone call on her cell phone for approx. 3 minutes. She finished her call, never smiled just asked "what can I do for you", I told her I would like a shampoo & cut.
