I purchased a laptop from future shop, purchased a 2yr warranty with them. my laptop broke, i took it in to be fixed, got it back tried to put the battery pack in. it fell out. the back of my laptop was damaged so the battery would not lock back into place. went back told them what had happened and they told me firstly it was a defect with these types of laptops, then when i said thats this is was never an issue before, they said its nothing they can do. i spoke to 2 managers when i was there they were both rude and very unhelpful, i was there... read full review »
